What do we get in the free prototype?

Is this free production software?
No. It is a clickable design prototype for discussing and testing an idea. Production development, live data, user accounts, integrations, security and deployment are separately scoped and quoted.
How much will the actual app cost?
The price depends on the workflow, screens, data, permissions and integrations. After reviewing the prototype, we can prepare a defined scope and quote. You decide whether to proceed before paid development starts.
How long will the prototype and app take?
We agree a prototype delivery date after the discovery conversation. A production build has its own schedule based on scope, integrations, feedback and testing. There is no fixed delivery promise before we understand the work.
Should we use existing software instead?
Sometimes. We consider whether an existing product can solve the problem sensibly. A custom app is most useful when your specific process or customer experience is poorly served by ready-made tools.
Who owns the app and looks after it?
Ownership, source-code handover, hosting, access, maintenance and support are agreed in the project scope before development starts. These should be clear business decisions, not surprises at launch.
